The Kennedy Center continues to show their unending commitment to accessibility by hiring the director of Invisible Hands International, Fred Beam who over saw and directed a team of interpreters, Dr. Raymont Anderson and Jocelyn S Michael for DC’s Broadway show, Billy Elliot.
